Simply The Best

Initially we approached Swan Real Estate because we had heard that they were the company to contact in the Swan region. Being new to the area, we gladly took the advice of our friends. 

Soon after calling them we were introduced to Julie Cockerill. Julie's unique approach to helping us find our dream home was a refreshing change from other agents we had been in contact with. She actually listened to what we wanted. She seemed to really understand our needs and was very generous with her time. Julie took us to many properties that were within our price range and that suited our requirements. She timed the visits around our busy lifestyle and answered every question we put to her, showing she had a great sense of knowledge on every property we viewed. Within no time we had our ideal home.

Over the next four and a half years we were very happy in our new environment until our situation changed and our new paths required us to commute to the city daily. Without hesitation, we contacted Julie because our first experience with her was such a positive one. With Julie's support we found ourselves preparing for the sale of our home, knowing that we would be in the best of hands. It was certainly reassuring knowing Julie was just a phone call away during what can sometimes be a very stressful time. It was important to us that Julie could be approached on every level of communication. We often texted and emailed and found Julie to be extremely professional at all times. Julie was the obvious choice for us. In our eyes, Julie's previous knowledge of our home was of great advantage. She was completely focused on helping us sell and we laughed at the fact that over a one week period she had more than likely been in our home more than her own! 

Julie's knowledge on the housing market was extensive as she new exactly what was going on: not only in our suburb, but surrounding areas also. Julie's patience and honesty was very much appreciated and we would definitely recommend her to others seeking a professional, and friendly service on the important job of selling or finding your dream home. Julie's dedication is evident in her results and we are very grateful to have had such a respectable person represent us and our home.
