We first dealt with Karen when we bought our home in Middle Swan four years ago. We were first time buyers and Karen was very informative and helped mentor our way through the purchase of our very first home. Another four years later we decided we wanted to sell and buy a larger property. We didn't hesitate and contacted Karen as we had such a great experience dealing with her four years prior. Once again Karen provided great advice and went above and beyond when it came to negotiating with the buyer of our home and ensured we were informed every step of the way. Karen also liaised with the real estate agent we were purchasing our new property from to help clarify some issues we had. Karen always returned phone calls and messages immediately and was a pleasure to deal with. She treated us with respect and good humour.
